Formed in Massachusetts, USA, the band changed its name to PVRIS in 2013. PVRIS has constantly evolved in every aspect of its existence, and its member lineup has changed significantly since its formation, becoming a solo project of multi-talented LYNN GUNN. Exploring new music across genres such as Post Hardcore, Pop Rock, Electronic, and Alternative Pop, PVRIS has moved through various labels including Tragic Hero Records, Rise/Velocity Records, and Reprise/Warner Music, before signing with Hopeless Records and releasing this, their fourth full-length album. LYNN has publicly come out as LGBTQ and has made significant contributions to LGBTQ support activities. He is a representative artist of the new generation, carrying not only music but also his own worldview on stage. PVRIS has toured with leading artists in the scene such as Fall Out Boy, Halsey, and Bring Me The Horizon, and has also performed at Summer Sonic in Japan. In 2015, they won the Breakthrough Band award from Alternative Press, a leading American magazine, and the Best International Newcomer award from Kerrang!, a leading British magazine.
