With their debut album, ST's "Letting Up Despite Great Faults," LUDGF perfected an electro + shoegaze style that attracted attention in Japan. In their four tours of Japan, they performed alongside up-and-coming Japanese artists of the time such as Lucky Tapes, HAPPY, and Awesome City Club, and there is no doubt that they were an important band in the Japanese indie scene of the 2010s, transcending the boundaries between Japanese and Western music.
