Product Description
Contents Introduction FULL OF HELL is now considered one of the top extreme music acts in the world. Despite all members being in their late 20s to early 30s, this young king is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year. To date, they have released five studio albums, five collaboration albums, and countless EPs/splits/limited editions. Their hyperactive lifestyle, including three Japanese tours and performing over 100 live shows a year, is astonishing. In 2023, they released two new collaborations with PRIMITIVE MAN and NOTHING, generating considerable buzz. This album is their latest studio album, their first in approximately two and a half years. Production began immediately after the completion of their previous collaboration with NOTHING, 'When No Birds Sang'. Up until now, each album has leaned towards metallic, hardcore, or noise while maintaining the band's grind sound, but in that sense, the keyword this time is 'catchiness'. While exhibiting an alternative or punk-rock-influenced freedom, the album's grind/harsh sound remains prominent, giving the impression that the band has reached a new level. Ross Dolan (IMMOLATION) participates as a guest vocalist on "Gasping Dust," and Jacob Bannon (CONVERGE) on "Malformed Ligature." Immediately after the release of this album, they announced a large-scale tour with DYING FETUS/Japan's KRUELTY, and are simultaneously working on several other collaborative projects, making 2024 literally a FOH year for them. The Japanese edition exclusively includes all three tracks from "Aurora Leaking From An Open Wound," which are being released on CD for the first time worldwide and included as bonus tracks. Tracklist: 01. Half Life Changelings 02. Doors to Mental Agony 03. Transmuting Chemical Burns 04. Fractured Bonds to Mecca 05. Coagulated Bliss 06. Bleeding Horizon 07. Vomiting Glass 08. Schizoid Rupture 09. Vacuous Dose 10. Gasping Dust 11. Gelding of Men 12. Malformed Ligature 13. Aurora Leaking* 14. Swarming Hornets* 15. Blinding Erasure** Japanese Bonus Track Media Reviews and More A new solo studio album following a collaboration with the hyperactive young king of extreme music, NOTHING! This is their first studio album in about two and a half years. Production began immediately after the completion of their previous collaboration with NOTHING, "When No Birds Sang." While their previous works have leaned towards metallic sounds, hardcore, or noise, maintaining their grindcore sound, the keyword this time is "catchiness." Although there is a noticeable alternative or punk rock-like freedom, the grindcore/harsh elements still stand out, giving the impression that the band has reached a new level. (C)RS
