Introduction In 2022, when Rafael Martini visited Japan with Antonio Loureiro, the first artist he mentioned as his top recommendation was Jasmine Godoy. Born in Rotterdam, Netherlands, she began composing in English and Portuguese at the age of 11 and graduated from the Utrecht University of Music at 17. With her soft vocals, skillful guitar playing, powerful rhythms, and diverse harmonies, she is a singer-songwriter who paints landscapes that are never repeated.
