Content Introduction Maria Luisa Jobim is known as the youngest daughter of Antonio Carlos Jobim, considered one of the greatest bossa nova composers in history. She lived in Rio and New York from a young age. She is a singer-songwriter and music producer who has followed a career as a Brazilian music elite, studying at the Juilliard School and Berklee College of Music. On the other hand, perhaps to escape from her influential father, she immersed herself in electronic music in the early stages of her career. Her first album, "Casa Branca" ('19), strongly reflected this inclination at the time. This album, "Azul" ('23), was released four years later. Although electronics are still used, the biggest change is the significantly increased proportion of acoustic instruments.
