All titles are being released on SHM-CD for the first time, and 8 of the 10 works are being reissued on CD for the first time in approximately 20 years since 1997. This is the only LA recording made with Horace Parlan and others who accompanied him to Japan, immediately after his one and only tour of Japan. It also includes the popular "Little Flower" and a cover of a classical piece by Tchaikovsky.
