?yBLU-RAY (Audio Only)?z A new album consisting of "acoustic mixes" that bring out a new charm in the early songs of Thin Lizzy, Ireland's leading rock band. The early Thin Lizzy, consisting of Phil Lynott (bass/vocals), Brian Downey (drums), and Eric Bell (guitar), left behind three albums: "Thin Lizzy" (1971), "Blue Orphan" (1972), and "Vagabonds of the Western World" (1973), as well as the EP "New Day" (1971) and several singles. This new album, the first in over 40 years, sheds new light on these songs through acoustic mixes that are vastly different in impression from the originals. In April 2024, the "Acoustic EP," which uses the group's original studio recordings and features acoustic arrangements of four songs released in 1973, was released on various streaming services. This album features newly recorded guitar parts by Eric Bell in a Belfast studio, allowing listeners to enjoy even more classic songs in a raw, unadorned sound. Tracks from the acclaimed album "Vagabonds of the Western World," the group's first hit "Whiskey in the Jar" (which reached number 6 in the UK and number 1 in Ireland), and "Dublin" and "Remembering Part 2 (New Day)" from the EP "New Day" are all revived in new versions. In addition to the acoustic mix, a Dolby Atmos mix is ??also included. Liner notes and lyrics translation included.
