I wanted to make a tribute to Japan, and the idea for the lyrics finally came to me. I used 'Tokyo' in the chorus because it sounds better than 'Japan,' and that city represents the whole country, which is very important to me." The album was produced by Charlie Bauerfeind and Dennis Ward, who also produced the previous album.
