As with the previous release, it features high-quality UHQCD specifications, all tracks have been newly remastered, and bonus tracks have been added wherever possible, including singles. This is the 17th original album, with Akiko Yano composing the A-side and Yuichiro Oda composing the B-side, and Masaaki Omura handling the arrangements for almost all tracks. At the time, Yano's single "Harusaki Kobeni" was a hit, and Oda's various works for Matsuda Seiko were also successful. This masterpiece of City Pop, a condensation of their talents, was created during that period.
