Labyrinth [A controversial work from Italian guys wreaking havoc in the mecca of symphonic metal] Formed in Perugia, Italy in 2007 as a four-piece band centered around Cristiano Trionfera, who handles guitar and orchestral arrangements. In 2009, they released their first album "Oracles," which was released in North America by Willowtip Records and in Europe by Candlelight Records. Starting out as a technical death metal/brutal death metal band, they later underwent member changes and released their first EP, "Mafia." As is typical of Italian bands, which have become a center of symphonic metal, they adopted a strong symphonic sound with flamboyant orchestration. In 2011, they signed with Nuclear Blast, and their first album with them, "agony," was also released domestically by Nippon Columbia.
