This is the 10th volume of the epic project to compile all of The Rolling Stones' recordings. The Stones' release order in the UK and US is chaotic, making it difficult to determine the exact release order. This series follows them chronologically, including outtakes and unreleased tracks, allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of their journey. This 10th volume begins with the sessions for the controversial album "Their Satanic Majesties," which was produced amidst the chaos of drug cases and trials in which Mick, Keith, and Brian were successively arrested. With manager Andrew Oldham gone, the sessions continued amidst their greatest crisis, even featuring guest appearances by The Beatles. The single "We Love You," which dealt with the trial, is included. Then, in "2000 Light Years Away," which could be described as a precursor to sci-fi space rock rather than psychedelia, Keith's heavy cutting intertwines with Charlie's beat, foreshadowing the awakening that would come with their next album, "Beggars Banquet." "Dandelion," with Brian on saxophone, Nicky Hopkins on harpsichord, and John and Paul of the Beatles on backing vocals, is perfectly suited to the Summer of Love season of 1967. "Sing This All Together" is a dangerous song that, rather than singing about a demon king, directly describes the effects of drugs in its lyrics. It's pretty dangerous that they recorded a song like "Let's all sing together and trip" during a drug trial and made it the first track on the album. In a way, this album is even more seriously mind-blowing than "Sgt. Pepper's." Many previously unreleased songs born from this process are also included, albeit in fragment form. There are also many sessions where Nicky Hopkins' piano is the main focus, as he builds the chord progressions. Furthermore, the 1970s edition includes the legendary, previously unreleased song "Come Home Baby," a duet produced by Mick Jagger and featuring Rod Stewart and Paul P.P. Arnold, as well as "Am I Still Dreaming?", a collaboration with P.P. Arnold featuring Mick on guitar. This fulfilling 10th volume allows listeners to experience the Stones' recordings from the turbulent 1960s in chronological order.
