The 4 Skins, a symbol of street punk and the epitome of a real Oi! punk band, have released their first album in 1981. Formed in 1979, the 4 Skins continued their live performances, and despite facing headwinds such as the "Southall Riots" of 1981, they released their first EP, "OUT LAW FOR THEM."
