This is the second album by Jamaica's most soulful and funky group. It was released in 1975 in Jamaica under the title "Every Body Plays The Fool" by TR Groovemaster, produced by Tony Robinson, and in the UK by Trojan. Despite its superb content, this definitive island soul album was overshadowed by the rise of the Rasta movement fueled by the popularity of Bob Marley and others, and the subsequent boom in roots rock. It includes the title track Betty Wright's "I Love The Way You Love," Kool & the Gang's "Funky Stuff" (re-titled "Reggae Stuff," with the single being the ganja funk track "Collie Stuff"), the sweet soul track "My Thing" (known for hits by The Moments and Sylvia), Smokey Robinson and 2 Tone's English beat hit "Tears Of Clown," and the previously single-only release "Children Of The Night" as a bonus track.
