Following her participation in the UK's ESCAPE MUSIC-related project "CIRCLE OF FRIENDS," Gabriel de Val released her long-awaited solo debut album, "Kiss In A Dragon Night," in February 2023. This album featured collaborations with renowned singers such as Robin McAuley, Mark Boals, and Steve Overland, and was a great success, receiving critical acclaim. Then, in 2024, he performed his long-awaited UK live show at "FIREFEST" in Manchester, England, with a backing band, and released the project album "Tiger" (not released in Japan) under the name "GABRIELLE DE VAL AND THE DRAGONLORDS," demonstrating his energetic activity. And now, his second solo album, "I Am The Hammer," is complete. Bruce Mee, a familiar face to melodic hard rock fans, took the lead with somewhat socially conscious lyrics and concepts, and Tommy Denander, a veteran guitarist/producer in the melodic rock scene who also participated in the previous album, handled the songwriting and performance, resulting in a superb collection of melodic and hard rock tracks from beginning to end.
