The third album from the Greek melodic power metal prodigy, Silent Winter! Featuring singer Mike Rivas, who sings with a passionate high-pitched voice reminiscent of Michael Kiske in his prime, and leader/guitarist Kyriakos Baranos, Silent Winter is a Greek melodic power metal band that evokes the Keepers era of Helloween. Here comes their third album, their first in three and a half years since their second album, "Empire Of Sins," released in 2021! Last year, in 2023, Mike Rivas also participated in the US power metal band Prydain, which featured Bob Kationis (OUTLOUD, ex-FIREWIND, etc.) and Jonah Weingarten (PYRAMAZE), showcasing his powerful vocals. This album establishes their absolute, quintessential style, with his overwhelmingly powerful vocals intertwined with strong twin guitars. In addition to the existing members, keyboardist Maria Mosheta officially joins the band! Kyriakos wrote all the songs and lyrics for this album, "Utopia," and also handled the artwork. The recording took place at Karobeduris Sound & Light Studios in Valos, Greece, and the mixing and mastering were handled by Steve Rudd, who has worked with SACRED OUTCRY, SUNBURST, and others.
