Contents Introduction Neu!, named by Conny Plank, the father of Krautrock ~ 1-A D?sseldorf's descendant, 2016 work, a record of a new lifeblood, with Damo Suzuki (Kan) also participating. 1-A D?sseldorf was formed in the mid-1980s by the late Thomas Dinger (ex. Neu!, La D?sseldorf), along with old friends Nils Christiansen, Stefan Domnisch, and Diack Fl?der. With Thomas at the center, they released four albums since their debut in 1999, but continued to be active after Thomas's death in 2002, and released "Pyramidblau" in 2003 with the remaining members. They had remained silent since then, but 13 years later, in 2016, their sixth album, "Uraan," was suddenly released. A record of the new lifeblood of Krautrock from D?sseldorf and Cologne, featuring guest appearances by Victoria Wehrmeister (La! Neu?) and Damo Suzuki (ex. Can), who is said to have greatly contributed to the band's formation.
