Primal Fear is a heavy metal band formed by Ralf Scheepers (Vo) after his departure from Gamma Ray, along with Sinner members Matt Sinner (B), Tom Naumann (G), and Klaus Sperling (Dr). Since their formation in 1997, they have led the German scene for a quarter of a century, wielding pure, unadulterated heavy metal as their weapon. Their 13th studio album, "Metal Command," released in 2020, charted at number 7 in their native Germany, achieving significant commercial success. Primal Fear is releasing a new album after a three-year hiatus. Titled "Code Red," this album is a blast of their signature style. With their strong convictions, they are a band that, in a good way, doesn't change. The three guitarists are once again in top form. From the first to the last of the 11 tracks, there is absolutely no impurity other than heavy metal. If you ask someone what heavy metal is, just let them listen to Primal Fear.
