The Dead Daisies are a hugely popular Australian hard rock band in Japan. Their central figure, David Lowy (G), is a truly multifaceted individual, being both a musician and the CEO of an investment company. The band formed in 2012. Their self-titled debut album, released the following year in 2013, featured Richard Fortus (G) and Marco Mendoza (B) of Guns N' Roses. Their second album, "Revolution" (2015), featured former M?tley Cr?e member John Corabi on vocals and Brian Tichy, known for his work with Whitesnake and Foreigner, on drums. In 2016, Doug Aldrich (G) joined the band, and they released their third album, "Make Some Noise." They also made their first visit to Japan at LOUD PARK 16. In 2018, they released their fourth album, "Burn It Down," with Dean Castronovo on drums. In 2019, they released "Locked and Loaded," which included covers of Deep Purple, The Rolling Stones, and others. In 2020, John Corabi and Marco Mendoza left the band, and Glenn Hughes (Vo, B) joined as their replacement. Their two albums, "Holy Ground" (2020) and "Radiance" (2022), became masterpieces that fully utilized his soulful and powerful vocals. Now, The Dead Daisies are releasing a greatest hits compilation that summarizes their career.
