Contents: Introducing the 12th album from veteran Polish death metal band, Vader. Embodying their policy of "Long songs are boring!", this album, consisting of 11 tracks and totaling just 29 minutes, features even more powerful drumming and is a truly stormy, extreme album! The Japanese edition is a special edition that also includes their 2019 EP, "Zai Messenger." Vader has a long history. They formed in 1983, the same year Metallica and Slayer debuted, while Vader was born in the communist country of Poland. Their name became known worldwide with the 1990 demo, "Morbid Reich." This demo, which skillfully incorporated elements of death metal?a new trend in extreme metal at the time?made Vader known to fans around the world. As a result, they signed with Earache Records, the top label in the extreme metal scene at the time, and released their first album, "The Ultimate Incantation," in 1992. While Poland is now known as a metal powerhouse, it's no exaggeration to say that this is largely thanks to Vader. With a career spanning nearly 40 years, they faced tragedy along the way, including the death of their drummer, a key element of their sound. However, they persevered through these hardships, continuing to tour energetically and releasing 11 studio albums to date. They continue to enjoy immense popularity as one of the world's top extreme metal bands. Now, Vader's 12th album is being released. The title is "Solitude in Madness," meaning "solitude in madness." "Humans learn nothing. The younger generation doesn't respect the older generation, or even themselves. Everything is empty. Humanity is being lost more and more because of technology. People seem to be connected thanks to the internet, but on the contrary, the number of lonely people is increasing. What else could this be but madness!" says leader Peter. Having parted ways with longtime partners the Wieslawski brothers, and brought in Scott Atkins, known for his work with Cradle of Filth and Amon Amarth, as producer and engineer for this album, it is musically very much in the style of Vader. It brilliantly fuses thrash elements with their characteristic brutality. True to Peter's policy that "fast songs are best when they are 2-3 minutes long. Anything longer than 5 minutes is boring," the album totals just 29 minutes, a length reminiscent of 'Reign in Blood,' which is quite impactful. There is no extreme metal fan who wouldn't be excited by an album where 11 lightning-fast 2-3 minute tracks will flies by in an instant. The Japanese edition also includes the 2019 EP 'Zai Messenger.'
