Contents: An album featuring live performances from Swiss folk metal band Elveyti in 2019 is now available! This album captures their appearance at the Masters of Rock Festival in the Czech Republic in July 2019, part of their tour supporting their latest album, "Athegnatos" (2019). This band, immensely popular in Europe, delivers an enchanting yet energetic performance that is a must-listen! Elveyti was formed in Switzerland in 2003, centered around Krigel Glanzmann (vocals/whistle/mandola). After their debut album "Spirit" (2006), they soon signed with the major German metal label Nuclear Blast. Their fourth album, "Everything Remains" (2010), reached number 8 on the Swiss charts, followed by their fifth album, "Helvetios" (2012), which peaked at number 4, and their sixth album, "Origins" (2014), which reached number 1, establishing them as one of Switzerland's leading rock bands. Subsequently, three key members, including Anna Murphy, left to form Sellar Darling, while Elveyti welcomed new members and released their seventh album, "Evocation II: The Gods of Gallica" (2017: peaked at number 2 on the Swiss charts). In April 2019, they released their eighth album, "Athegnatos." This album also became a hit, reaching number 3 on the charts, and the band started a world tour that same April. Starting with a live performance in their native Switzerland, they toured China, Taiwan, New Zealand, and Australia, and have been energetically touring Europe. This album, "Live at Masters of Rock," captures their performance at the "Masters of Rock Festival" held in the Czech Republic on July 11th. The "Masters of Rock Festival" is a rock festival held annually in the Czech Republic since 2003, and Elvejty has performed there four times before (2009, 2011, 2014, and 2016), making this their fifth appearance. Featuring the male and female twin vocals of Krigel and Fabienne Erni (vocals/Celtic harp), their music is characterized by a mix of folk metal, gothic metal, and melodic death metal, and in this album they play a selection of their representative songs, both old and new, centered around tracks from their latest album, "Athegnatos." With their powerful sound incorporating fiddle, hurdy-gurdy, and bagpipes, and their modern, aggressive performance, this album is a breathtaking showcase of their immense popularity as a live band, capturing all of their charm.
