Contents: From breaths to screams, Cobra Page's female vocals shine. This 6th album explodes with a hard and heavy sound that combines the "poison" of Cobra and the "pure heart" of Lotus. It includes "Tokyo," a song entirely in Japanese, specially recorded just for Japanese fans and exclusively available in Japan! Formed in Calgary, Canada in 2009, Cobra and the Lotus made their world debut after being discovered by Gene Simmons of KISS, and have gained immense support as one of the most exciting bands in the modern hard and heavy scene. They have toured the world as the opening act for KISS, Judas Priest, and Def Leppard, and have participated in metal festivals around the world such as Germany's "Wacken Open Air," the UK's "Download Festival," and France's "Hellfest," showcasing their talent. Cobra Page's expressive vocals are sometimes aggressive, sometimes mellow, and always emotional. Their aggressive yet melodic musicality has captivated fans across borders and generations. Their two-part album, *Preveil I* (2017) and *Preveil II* (2018), pursued a grand, cohesive sound. The latter was nominated for a Juno Award in the "Metal/Hard Music Album" category, the Canadian equivalent of the Grammy Awards, further highlighting their growing prominence. It is in this context that their sixth album, *Evolution*, is released. The album title reflects the band's "evolution." This album further evolves the band's diverse appeal, featuring tracks like (2) "Evolution," where fierce riffs clash with catchy melodies; (3) "Burn!", which captivates with its overwhelming vocal power over electronic sounds and heaviness; (6) "Thundersmith," an arena anthem that unites large venues; and (10) "Get the Fuck Out of Here," a song that, despite its title, is impossible not to sing along to. In their previous album, "Prevail II," the perfect pronunciation of "Let Me Love You" (Japanese ver.) was highly praised by Japanese fans, and this time, a new Japan-only song, "Tokyo," is included as a bonus track, allowing listeners to enjoy Cobra's Japanese vocals once again. Michael "Elvis" Baskett, who has worked on albums by Slash, Alter Bridge, Trivium, and others, served as producer. Presenting an even more expansive worldview, Cobra and the Lotus, celebrating their 10th anniversary, soar to new horizons.
