(C)RS About the Artist Since 2005, LUSRICA has been a producer and artist who has been studying composition and DTM (Desktop Music) on his own, and currently mainly creates instrumental music. He uses the name "LUSRICA" simply because it sounds good, so that the artist name can be imagined from the sound. The fact that LUSRICA cites artists such as Antonio Carlos Jobin, Eric Clapton, Marianne Faithful, and Mickey Yoshino as influences reveals their deep musical tastes. Their 2008 debut album, "ESTRELAS LUSTRANDO," reached number one on the Tower Records and iTunes charts, and at the end of the year, it achieved the remarkable feat of being selected as one of iTunes' top 10 "Best Japanese Electronic Albums of 2008." In 2009, they released their second album, "MARVELOUS NOTES," and in 2012, their third album, "SOUNDS & MERCURY."
