This is the original soundtrack for the latest installment in the "Kiki Kaikai" series. "Kiki Kaikai" is an action shooting game that first appeared as an arcade game in 1986. Players take on the role of the shrine maiden Saya-chan and use exorcism skewers and talismans to defeat the yokai in order to rescue the Seven Lucky Gods who have been kidnapped by them. Afterwards, it was ported to various home consoles and sequels were released. This work, "Kiki Kaikai: The Mystery of the Black Cloak," is a sequel to the title that was released in 1992 in Japan as "Kiki Kaikai: The Mystery of the Black Cloak" for the Super Famicom and overseas as "Pocky & Rocky" for the SNES, and was a huge hit. The music for this work is composed by Hiroyuki Iwatsuki. It contains 31 tracks of BGM with charming, nostalgic melodies. The booklet includes comments from Hiroyuki Iwatsuki regarding the production of the music for this work.
