Dave Ridnell, an American guitarist and songwriter who has participated in live performances and recordings with The Meters, James Brown, Melvin Sparks, and others, and Chico Coelho, a Brazilian guitarist and vocalist from Piracicaba who has released two albums, met in the United States in 2010 and formed the group.
