Since then, they have released numerous masterpieces throughout the 1970s, including 'Tyranny and Mutation' (1973) and 'On Your Feet or On Your Knees' (live album, 1975). In particular, their 1976 fourth album, 'Agents of Fortune', which includes the historically famous song "(Don't Fear) The Reaper," was a huge hit and achieved gold status. Even now, half a century after their release, these albums continue to be loved by rock fans all over the world. Blue ?yster Cult, a band whose music has garnered support across generations, even having had Metallica cover their song "Astronomy," held a three-day concert at Sony Hall in New York from September 21st to 23rd, 2022, to commemorate their 50th anniversary. These three special nights, each featuring a complete performance of their albums 'Blue ?yster Cult', 'Tyranny and Mutation', and 'Secret Treaties' (1974), were all sold out. While live recordings of the first two nights, '50th Anniversary Live - First Night -' and '50th Anniversary Live - Second Night -', were released last year and this year, the final installment, '50th Anniversary Live - Third Night -', is finally here.
