Their latest compilation album, featuring new songs after a three-year hiatus, will be released exclusively on CD in Japan! Deaf School, a legendary band from Liverpool in British rock history, stands alongside The Beatles and Echo & the Bunnymen. This long-awaited new release features new songs after a three-year break, along with all tracks from their now-out-of-print mini-album "Enrico & Bette XX" (2011), as well as tracks from "Landlet" (2015) and previously unreleased singles, making it a best-of compilation since their 2006 reunion. As a bonus track, it includes two rare, previously unreleased demo recordings from 1977, and exclusively on the Japanese edition, it features the first-ever CD release of a Japanese cover of "TAXI" by Moe Isshiki (XOXO EXTREME), who debuted as a pub rock idol on a 7-inch single on November 3rd (Record Day) this year and caused quite a stir, with the original Deaf School providing the backing track. This is a miraculous album that proves that this legendary band, which has had a huge influence on numerous musicians and bands in Japan such as Tomoyasu Hotei, Keiichi Suzuki, and Budoubata, is still going strong.
