"Crisis" is the epitome of minimalist music, with a fresh yet dynamic riff and polyrhythmic loop that sounds as if played by five marimba players, and a celebratory beat that begins with a soaring brass synth as a signal, creating an endlessly pleasant feeling. In "Time Seeds," a minimalist sequence of two chords that repeats like a kaleidoscope and a piano with deep reverb that stimulates memory create a floating sensation that makes you feel as if you are going back and forth through time and space to the origin of species. "Mondrian's Square," composed by Mio Yamaguchi and inspired by Piet Mondrian's painting "Broadway Boogie Woogie," is characterized by a geometric and catchy sound and a humorous blend of a video game world, and is colored by a masterful "whistle" that utilizes the voltage control techniques of an analog synth. The cover of Philip Glass's "Closing" maintains tension with its distorted drums, overlaid synth bass, and highly addictive piano melody, racing towards the final orchestral hit. "Golden Ratio" opens with a majestic atmosphere as if descended to Earth from another planet, and unfolds with folk music-like rhythms, accompanied by simulated bird sounds and percussion reminiscent of a jungle. From the middle, the acoustic melody and atmosphere create a healing feeling, as if enveloped in the generosity of nature. "Aqua Aura" is an ambient piece that creates an atmosphere like being in a crystal cave with metallic tones and spatial synths, slowly moving through a fantastical, shimmering underwater world accompanied by piano sounds. In terms of its danceability, "Youyou" is positioned in the lineage of "Domino Dance" from the 1st album "Logic," and invites you on an eerie trip with its melody reminiscent of a Japanese festival, uplifting rhythm, and distorted guitar-like effects. Set against the backdrop of space and Earth, "Contact," a song about an unseen entity, features impressive sound effects that are Matsutake's forte, including simulated voices and communication sounds, a kick drum that sounds like the heartbeat of life, and a single, divine ray of light.
