(C)RS About the Artist: Susanna Alexandra studied at the prestigious Sibelius Academy in Helsinki. After graduating, she won numerous awards in the Baltic states and elsewhere. She studied under Carmen Landy, Sine Ey, Aaron Goldberg, and others, and was influenced by Diana Krall, Nancy Wilson, Julie London, Victoria Tolstoy, and others, gradually developing her own original style. This long-awaited Japanese debut album is her second album in five years, following her first album "Miracles." The tracks include five original compositions by Susanna, two original compositions by Joonas Haavisto, one collaboration between the two, one traditional Finnish song, and two standards.
