When Ran, unaware of his true identity, asks him his name, he hastily introduces himself as Arthur Hirai (!?). Soon after, Kid obtains information that a blue sapphire is hidden in the underground vault of a certain mansion. He seems to have easily succeeded in infiltrating, but a dangerous trap awaits Kid. Standing in his way is Makoto Kyogoku, the strongest karateka with an undefeated record of 400 wins. What will become of Kid...!?
