Credits (Approx.: 103 min) A complete recording of a live performance from the blues festival tour curated by Slash himself! Slash, the greatest guitar hero of our time, released his cover album "OG of the Damned" last year, revisiting his musical roots. Following the release of that album, Slash himself curated the "S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Festival," a festival-style tour featuring blues artists, last summer. This release is a complete recording of Slash's live performance at the Colorado show on July 17, 2024, from that tour. Accompanied by key members who participated in the album recording, Slash performed songs from the album, as well as Bob Dylan's "Sorry, I Can't Help It" and Jimi Hendrix's "Stone Free," offering a deeper look into Slash's musical roots. "S.E.R.P.E.N.T." is an acronym for the principles Slash championed at this festival: Solidarity, Engagement, Restore, Peace, Equality, and Tolerance, but it also plays on the word "Serpent" (his former band name was Slash's Snakepit). The limited edition Blu-ray includes the full video of the live performance as well as behind-the-scenes footage!
