The 20th installment of Dream Theater's official bootleg series, "Lost Not Forgotten Archives," is a collection of demo recordings from their landmark 1989 debut album, "When Dream and Day Unite." It includes some of the earliest instrumental demos from their time under the name Majesty, early demos featuring Charlie Dominici's (Vo) vocals (this album being his only appearance on the album), and pre-production recordings in the final stages of completion. In addition, it includes six unreleased demos recorded as Christmas gifts for friends (including a Charlie Dominici version of "To Live Forever," Christmas standards, a Beatles cover, and unreleased tracks), for a total of 25 demo recordings. Previously released as a limited edition on their own label, Ytsejam Records, this long-awaited reissue features new mastering and artwork. The Japanese version is in high-quality Blu-spec CD2 format.
