The world tour, their first in 10 years, which started immediately after the release of their 16th album "A Momentary Lapse of Reason" in 1987, was hailed as a "spectacular show of light and sound," and was released in November 1988 on 2CD, cassette, 2LP, VHS, and LD. A Japanese performance also took place in March 1988. This new 2CD version is a "2019 latest remix version" newly mixed from the original master tapes by David Gilmour and Andy Jackson.
