The limited edition CD+DVD package released in November 2007 when Derek Trucks, one of the "three great guitarists" of the new generation, came to Japan with the "Derek Trucks Band," is finally back at a new price! This 2-disc set includes "Songlines," the 2006 album that marked a turning point for the band as they aimed for a new direction with the addition of Mike Matheson, and a live DVD from its release tour. Derek, who was in his late twenties at the time, participated in Eric Clapton's 2006 tour and captivated guitar fans around the world. This set is full of the captivating slide guitar playing of the young genius guitarist, Derek, who Clapton said, "Derek's music reminds me of what I was doing with Duane (Allman) in the Dominos." In 2010, his wife Susan Tedeschi joined the band, and they began performing as the Tedeschi Trucks Band, releasing their debut album "Revelator" in 2011. Member Kofi Burbridge, who sadly passed away on February 15, 2019, also showcased his brilliant playing. A tour of Japan (5 shows in total: Osaka, Nagoya, and Tokyo) is scheduled for June 2019, their first in three years.
