Born in Canada in 1953, he is a singer-songwriter/keyboardist. He began playing in bands as a teenager, releasing several albums before moving into the world of film music. In the 80s, he received support from David Foster, a fellow Canadian and long-time acquaintance, and this solo debut album was realized. This album was produced shortly after the announcement of David Foster's project, Airplay. Produced by Foster, the album features a lineup of top musicians, including his close friend Jay Graydon (guitar), Jeff Porcaro (drums), Steve Lukather (guitar), and other members of the Toto group.
