Yardsale Bywater Cole is a Southern soul and rock band formed in Toronto, Canada in 2017, centered around vocalist Megan Parnell. The band consists of seven members: Dave Burns on guitar, Bruce McCarthy on drums, Mike Musel on bass, and keyboards and two horns. They debuted in 2019 with "Bywater Call." Their powerful sound and Megan's strong vocals garnered attention, dominating numerous charts including Roots Music Report and Euro Americana. They were also nominated for Best New Artist at the 2020 Maple Blues Awards. Their 2022 second album, "Remain," received further nominations for four Maple Blues Awards and won numerous music awards, including the UK Blues Awards. In 2023, they toured approximately 100 locations in Europe and North America, and headlined Joe Bonamassa's Mediterranean cruise and festivals around the world, earning praise as a "festival highlight." Their 2024 album, "Shepherd," also earned them a second consecutive nomination for the UK Blues Awards. In 2025, they released the live album "Sunshine."
