Influenced by his jazz-loving father, he developed an interest in jazz and taught himself piano at the age of six. At the age of eight, he moved to Jakarta and honed his skills by playing sessions with top local musicians. In 2011, he performed in front of Herbie Hancock, who was visiting Jakarta, and received high praise. In 2013, at the age of nine, he won an international jazz competition in Ukraine, attracting worldwide attention. In 2014, she was invited by Wynton Marsalis to perform at Jazz at Lingerne Center. This prompted her to move to New York with her family and officially begin her international career. In 2015, she released her debut album, "My Favorite Things," which reached number 59 on the Billboard charts and earned her two Grammy nominations, including "Best Jazz Instrumental Album," making her the youngest nominee ever at the age of 11. Since then, she has consistently released albums such as "Eclipse (2018)," "Warna (2020)," and "Origin (2022)," and has performed at world-renowned jazz festivals in Montreal, Newport, and other cities.
