Po?f Boy John Galia Volt is from Brussels, Belgium. In 2013, she formed the blues band Galia & The Naftalins. Aiming for even greater heights, she formed Galia & Voodoo Casino, gaining attention for their Voodoo Billy sound, a mix of R&B, rock and roll, and rockabilly. In parallel, she travels to the United States almost every year to hone her skills, visiting Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and other places, and deepening her relationships with local musicians. In 2014, she recorded with Tommy Malone and others. Then, in 2016, she began working with the Mama's Boys, the band of New Orleans legend harpist Johnny Mastro. They repeatedly worked on creating songs in the studio, and finally, in 2017, they made their world debut with "Red the Demon's Out" under the name Galia & the Mama's Boys on RUF. In 2019, she went solo and released "Mississippi Blend!" featuring many guest artists, and in 2021, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, she released "One Woman Band." In 2022, she participated in the Blues Caravan Tour, and the live album "Blues Caravan 2022 (CD+DVD)" was released.
