From a young age, she sang in church and picked up the guitar, inspired by local heroes and blues-rock guitarists such as Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eric Gales, and Lance Lopez. She started performing on stage at the age of 12, leading the Ally Venable Band and playing in clubs and other venues. Her talent as a child guitarist quickly became a hot topic, and despite not having released an album, she won the Female Guitar Player of the Year award at the local ETX Music Awards in 2014 and 2015. Then, in 2016, his debut album "No Glass Shoes" won Best Album at the ETX Music Awards. His 2018 second album "Puppet Show" impressively ranked 7th on the Billboard Blues chart. It also reached 9th on the iTunes Blues chart, and he was praised by various media outlets as a rising star poised to lead the future of blues. In 2019, he signed with RUF Records. He was selected for the Blues Caravan Tour, a stepping stone for new artists, and his third album "Texas Honey" also reached 2nd place on the Billboard charts.
