Hard Rain Graine Duffy was born in 1986 in Castleblaney, County Monaghan, Ireland. From a young age, influenced by her mother, she grew up listening to Aretha Franklin, The Pretenders, The Rolling Stones, and others. In high school, she sang in a choir and started playing in a band. After attending music school, she began her professional career after graduation. Her debut album, "Out Of The Dark," in 2007 quickly became a sensation, leading to an appearance at the 2008 Granstbury Festival. She has also performed live as a support musician for artists such as Robben Ford and The Yardbirds, and has appeared on television and other media. Her second album, "Test of Time," released in 2011, also received critical acclaim, and she was invited to perform at many festivals throughout Europe, solidifying her popularity.
