About the Artist: Dwight Trible is a singer from Cincinnati. He moved to LA in 1978 and joined Horace Tapscott's group, the Pan African People's Archestra. He continued his activities after Horace's death in 1999, and two years later released his solo debut album, "Horace," as a tribute to him. His 2004 album, "Living Water," was nominated for BBC Album of the Year. He also began working with Carlos Ni?o and others as part of Build an Ark in 2001. In addition, he has collaborated with various legendary musicians, including participating in the Pharoah Sanders Quartet. In recent years, he has garnered attention for his participation in Kamasi Washington's albums "The Epic" (2015) and "Heaven and Earth" (2018). Then, in 2017, Dwight invited five other musicians?Darf Reklau (Percussion, Flute), Pablo Calogero (Saxophone), John B. Williams (Bass), Christopher Garcia (Percussion), and Breeze Smith (Drums)?to form the improvisation jazz group Cosmic Vibrations.
