About the Artist: Julie Miller was born in 1956. In the late 1970s, she met and married her current husband, Buddy Miller. In 1980, she moved to New York with her husband, and there, in 1983, she debuted with the band Streetlight, which she formed with him. In the 1990s, she signed with the Christian label Myrrh. In 1990, Julie Miller made her solo debut with "Meet Julie Miller," produced by Buddy Miller and featuring guest appearances by Sean Colvin and Amy Grant. She released three albums, including "He Walks Through Walls" in 1991. She then moved to Nashville and released "Invisible Girl" in 1994, followed by "Blue Pony" in 1997 and "Broken Things" in 1999. In 2001, she debuted as a duo under the name Buddy & Julie Miller, receiving a Grammy nomination and winning an Americana Music Award. In 2009, their second duo album, "Written in Chalk," also won numerous music awards. And in June 2019, they released their first album as a duo in 10 years.
