About the Artist: A 24-year-old singer-songwriter from the American South. He says he's listened to various genres since childhood, including Ray Charles, Johnny Cash, and Damian Rice. According to him, he was living a terrible life three years ago. These life experiences are reflected in his lyrics. Around 2012, he began touring cafes in the South, mainly on the American West Coast and in Texas. He also gained attention by uploading acoustic covers of songs from a wide range of genres, including Radiohead, Foster the People, The Beatles, and Gary Clark Jr., to YouTube, primarily featuring his originals. His talent caught the eye of Eric Cohn of the up-and-coming West Coast label Forty Bellow, who recognized his abilities and released the EP "True North" in early 2014. That same year, he released his debut album, "Ephemeral," produced by Eric. The album garnered attention from numerous music magazines and websites across the United States and was frequently featured on Americana radio stations. In 2016, he released his second album, "There Is No Map."
