Product Description This is the second album in three years from Hanakif, a female pianist/sound artist/composer/arranger from Estonia who is currently based in London. This long-awaited new album, which represents a significant step forward in her musicality, performance, and experimentalism, transcends genres and is sure to bring deep emotion and healing to listeners, and is being released simultaneously worldwide. Hanakif is a young female pianist/sound artist/composer/arranger from Estonia who is currently based in London. She made a sensational debut in 2023 with "Goodbyes," released on the cutting-edge British jazz label Gondwana Records. Her sound world is inspired by both the nostalgic landscapes of her native Estonian music, such as hymns and traditional music, and the beautiful nature, as well as the diverse and cutting-edge artists she encountered after moving to the metropolis of London. Praised as a masterpiece that transcends the boundaries of piano ambient, she made her first visit to Japan in November 2024 for "THE PIANO ERA." After more than two years of production since her debut, her second album, "Interlude," will be released worldwide on March 20, 2026. In the process of exploring and deepening the possibilities of piano music, she has shifted her focus from ambient music to a songwriting approach. This is clearly evident in the four tracks that feature her own vocals for the first time, but the change is also noticeable in the instrumental tracks. The melodies that overflow with the joy of playing the piano, the layered arrangements woven together as if guided by imagination, the free approach to experimental sound effects, and the active introduction of strings and rhythm sections evoke a scene where the light of "vitality" softly shines through the atmosphere of "silence" that permeated her previous work.
