Product Description
Content Introduction WHITE LION was a band that enjoyed popularity in Japan from the 1980s to the early 1990s, and even performed in Japan. The central figures of the band were vocalist Mike Tramp and guitarist Vito Bratta. They debuted in 1985 with "Fight to Survive." Their next album, "Pride," saw the singles "Wait," "Tell Me," and "When The Children Cry" become huge hits, and the band rose to stardom. Their third album, "Big Game," also produced signature songs like "Little Fighter" and "Cry for Freedom," but it did not achieve the same level of success on the charts as its predecessor. The band then disbanded in 1991 after the release of their fourth album, "Mane Attraction." After the breakup, Vito Bratta retired from the music industry, but Mike Tramp continued his career as a solo artist after working with bands such as FREAK OF NATURE. Afterwards, there were some issues, including a legal dispute with Vito over the right to use the band name, as Mike was using the name WHITE LION for a period of time. However, Mike is currently active under the name WHITE LION. Since then, Mike has released several albums of re-recorded songs from his past, and in 2023, he re-recorded songs from the WHITE LION era again in the form of "Songs of White Lion." This album, which allows listeners to enjoy many of the classic songs reborn with Mike's mature and soulful voice, was well-received. Due to its success, the production of a second volume, Vol. 2, has been decided. It will contain songs that could not be included in Vol. 1.
