Content Introduction This is the highly anticipated Japanese debut album, the third from Azure, a unique musical group from the UK that fuses contemporary music and progressive rock. Azure was formed in Brighton, England by Chris Sampson and Galen Stapley. They released their first album, "Wish For Spring" (2017, not released in Japan), and the ambitious single-track EP "Redtail" (2018, not released in Japan). After that, the band focused on production and released the hit single "Mistress," followed by their second album, "Of Brine and Angels Beaks" (2021, not released in Japan). This album took the UK by storm, and in 2021, they were voted the #1 Best Unsigned Band by PROG magazine readers. Shaz D, who contributed to the songwriting of Mark Hudson's solo album (whose promotional visit to Japan last year is still fresh in our memories) and played keyboards on DragonForce's new song "Power of the Saber Blade" (for an album to be released in 2024), has joined Azure. The collaboration between the genius melody maker Chris, the virtuoso guitarist Galen, and Shaz D resulted in their third album, a concept album structured as a single narrative.
