Del Vecchio's melancholic melodies are complemented by Michael's clear and powerful vocals, creating a melodic rock work that undoubtedly lives up to expectations. "I've always been a metalhead through and through, but I love melodic, song-driven music just as much as metal. Songs that stir the heart, songs that resonate with the soul. A lot of bands from the '70s and '80s were like that. I'm proud to say that I listened to Loverboy, Toto, Foreigner, Survivor, Journey, and many other bands as much as Iron Maiden and Judas Priest. That's what made me who I am today. So I've always wanted to make an album that would take me back to those days!" Michael says of the album. Meanwhile, Alessandro Del Vecchio confidently stated, "One of the cool things about working with Michael on this album was that he asked me to play all the guitar on it. I never usually do that, but he thought I had captured the essence of these songs. So, I got to showcase the guitar parts that I had in my head when I was writing these songs for the first time here. I feel very honored to have teamed up with Michael because we share the same love for making a great-sounding album, and he's a perfectionist who never gives anything less than 100% and is always striving to exceed his limits."
