Contents: This is the ninth album overall and the first in approximately five years from Karma, the kings of melodic death metal from Finland. Karma is a melodic death metal band formed in Pudasj?rvi, Finland in 1998. Based on their predecessor band, Ancestor, the band, centered around the Kokko brothers, Pekka Kokko (Vocals, Guitar) and Antti Kokko (Guitar), has released eight albums to date. In Japan, they are a highly popular band within the melodic death metal genre, and their first visit to Japan in 2016 saw both their Tokyo and Osaka shows completely sold out. Having visited Japan in 2018 and 2019, the band is known for its constant buzz and large, passionate fanbase. For their 2019 performances, they performed a limited setlist based on the theme of "Past and Present," focusing on their first three albums, "Swamproad," "They Will Return," and "Swampsong," which are particularly popular in Japan. The single "Haunted by Guilt," released in advance on February 24th, is a return to their early style, a flawless track that combines a driving guitar riff with a melancholic melody.
