Content Introduction: Art Nation, the melodic rock band led by Alexander Strandell (Vo), has completed their fourth album in three and a half years. Their Japanese debut album, "Liberation," released in 2017, was immediately praised for Alexander Strandell's original yet catchy and melancholic melodies that appealed to Japanese tastes, earning a high score of 94 points from BURRN! magazine. Following in the footsteps of fellow countrymen H.E.A.T and Eclipse, they quickly rose to stardom in Japan. Their single "Ghost Town" was selected as the 10th best tune of the year in BURRN! magazine's reader poll, and the band itself was ranked 5th in the BRIGHTEST HOPE category. While incorporating a modern taste consistent since their debut, they continue to release albums energetically, maintaining their melodic rock style full of catchy melodies and hooks. However, the outbreak of the pandemic in early 2020 forced the band to cancel all their plans, putting them on hiatus. Nevertheless, Alexander's creative drive continued unabated, and he formed Crown, a melodic rock supergroup that is still fresh in our memories, releasing "Kings in the North" and "Operation Phoenix." He was highly praised not only as a songwriter but also for his singing voice, which generated considerable buzz here in Japan. For this fourth album, Christopher Borg (G) and Richard Swald (B), who were members in the band's early days, have reunited. While returning to their roots, the songs combine the driving energy and brilliant melodies that were characteristic of Crown, resulting in an album that is a fitting start for the reborn Art Nation and the pinnacle of their career.
