Contents: THE RASMUS made a spectacular debut in 1996 with their album "Peep," which later went gold. Having continued their activities for over 25 years, they have become one of Finland's leading national rock bands. This is their latest studio album, their first in five years since their previous album "Dark Matters." In January 2022, original guitarist Pauli Rantasalmi left the band, but female guitarist Emilia "Emp" Suhonen joined as his replacement. This album is the first release under this new lineup. They released several singles between 2021 and 2022. The first single, "Bones," the second, "Venomous Moon," a collaboration with fellow Finnish band Apocalyptica, the third, "Jezebel," and the fourth, "Rise," are all memorable songs that showcase Rasmus's signature melancholic melodies. These tracks feature production contributions from Martin Hansen and Desmond Child, producers who worked on the band's classic albums, resulting in a high level of polish that greatly increases anticipation for the new album. In May 2022, the band represented Finland at the 66th Eurovision Song Contest held in Turin, Italy. They advanced to the finals, performing their single "Jezebel" with a powerful performance.
