Contents: The debut album from Hydra, a promising new melodic rock band from Sweden. Hydra was formed at the suggestion of Henrik Hedstr?m, a Swedish songwriter and musician who has been active in Stockholm for many years. He has been friends with drummer and producer Daniel Flores for the past 15 years, and on this album Flores handles drums and keyboards, while Andy Kravljaka handles vocals and lead & rhythm guitar. Henrik plays keyboards, acoustic guitar, and clean guitar on this album. Henrik was signed as a songwriter to Warner/Chappell and was writing pop music for other artists, but it wasn't what he wanted to do, so he terminated his contract and contacted his friend of 15 years, Daniel Flores. He sent a demo, which caught the attention of Frontiers Records. In 2019, Henrik's song "A Million Miles" was included on the First Signal album. This album, featuring Andy Kravlyaka (vocals & guitar) and Daniel Flores (drums & keyboards), is a superb melodic rock work overflowing with melancholy and transparency.
